The structure of Brainstorm is uniquely small and nimble. Many agencies want to see growth at any cost, but that's not how we run our business. We work best with a small stable of clients we can work and grow with for years.
On the production side, we hire and work alongside industry leading cinematographers, audio engineers, coordinators, assistants and professional editors where required to help bring your projects to life. Our rolodex is thick.
We hire the best talent, and deliver quickly, for a fraction of the traditional video agencies.
As founders, we've found that we're most fulfilled when working with a limited number of clients, instead of spinning as many plates as possible. We prefer working intimately with our clients so that we can create a strategy that's intimate to you and your business. No cookie cutter templates.
This means going deep with each client. We get to know their business by looking at things like their sales process, what sets them apart, and who they're targeting.

Not classically trained. In fact, most of our time has been in the field, spending 8+ years working with some of the fastest-growing digital marketing teams in Colorado.
We started as kids filming sledding, but professionally speaking, we started making videos in 2015. We've since produced countless high-converting marketing videos for businesses of all shapes and sizes.
Video done correctly is a life changing thing. We're hooked on the adrenaline of moving the needle through the screen. We started a video production company because of the immense power video has to transform a brand.
